Buena Vista Hills

The Buena Vista Hills Cobalt and Vanadium project is located just 120 miles northeast of Tesla’s Giga factory near Sparks, Nevada.

The project encompasses a past-producing open-pit magnetite mine with historical remaining resources estimated at 35 million tons grading 30 % iron(Nevada Bureau of Mines 1977)

The exciting aspect of the project is that New Tech has just discovered that Cobalt is also present but was never assayed for during past production.

Recent sampling around the open-pit has returned average cobalt values of 0.18% (4lbs ) Co per tonne.

Vanadium ,grading 0.25% V, was reported from a composite sample of a drill hole undertaken by the U.S. Bureau of Mines in 1947, but once again, vanadium was never mentioned in  historical production records.

A complete re-evaluation of the projects potential ,including drill testing, will focus on the cobalt and vanadium content below and around the existing pit.
